For all the above scenarios the refund amount will be sent to Ctgshopping Balance of the customer And this balance can be used to purchase any products at Ctgshopping, and if customer want, Upon customer’s request Ctgshopping authority will transfer the refund amount to the user’s original payment source within 7 working days
